After attending Purdue University and earning a degree in Agricultural Business Management, Hunter focused on growing the Caretaker brand. As a co-owner, Hunter is dedicated to expanding the company's presence through responsiveness and quality service, ensuring homeowners receive the highest level of professionalism and care for their landscapes.

Michael Rogers founded Synergistic Solutions with a vision of building a company focused on safety, professionalism, and quality service in the utility vegetation management industry. With decades of experience in utility line clearance and arboriculture, Michael helped build the strong operational and safety culture the company is known for today. He now continues to support the organization as a consultant, providing guidance and industry expertise to both Synergistic Solutions and Caretaker Residential Tree Management.

Levi Logue grew up in Liberty, Indiana with a passion for agriculture and finance. After graduating from Union County High School, he attended Purdue University, where he earned double majors in Management and Accounting. As a co-owner of Caretaker Residential Tree Management, Levi primarily oversees the company’s accounting and financial operations while helping support the continued growth of the business through sound management.
