Founded in 2026, Caretaker Residential Tree Management was created to bring the same safety, professionalism, and expertise developed through over 20 years of experience at Synergistic Solutions, led by Founder and ISA Certified Arborist - Michael Rogers. Our commercial vegetation management business. Built on a foundation of precision, reliability, and industry-leading safety practices, the Caretaker brand was established to provide homeowners and property owners with professional tree care services backed by decades of real-world experience.
We are now bringing that same level of expertise to homeowners in Eastern Indiana & Western Ohio, offering professional, safety-focused tree care tailored specifically for residential properties. Our team includes trained and experienced professionals, including certified arborists, who understand proper tree health, structure, and long-term care.

the brothers behind the business
Hunter & Levi's connection to tree work started long before it became a career; from as early as Hunter & Levi can remember, they were constantly assisting their dad doing tree work on their own property, usually clearing brush or picking up sticks.
Ironically, it was that experience that led them to where they are today. Countless conversions and time alongside their dad led to an appreciation for tree’s structure, health, and the role they play in making a property ‘home.’
Caretaker has allowed Hunter & Levi to dive into something meaningful not just for themselves, but for their family and community they have the opportunity to serve, deepening their faith. The brother’s appreciation for trees has transpired into a passion for bringing a family owned, professional, and safety first approach to residential tree care.
Hunter logue
Hunter resides in Liberty, Indiana with his wife, Jordan, and two dogs, Baylor & Reece. He is a co-owner of the company and spent most of his time growing up outdoors either helping on the family farm or working with show pigs. Upon graduating from high school, Hunter attended Purdue University where he received a degree in Agricultural Business Management along with a certificate in Entrepreneurship.
Levi logue
Levi grew up in Liberty, Indiana with a passion for agriculture and the outdoors. After graduating from Union County High School, he attended Purdue University, where he earned double majors in Management and Accounting.
